Dalla notte al giorno
Lurk with your smartphone or camera at the window of your room, in the evening, before going to sleep, and in the morning, when you wake up, to take pictures of the moon and the sun in an attempt to catch them in a position where they are superimposable. It takes a certain patience, you have to repeat tests for several days, and you can also accept approximate results.
Then put the images together, but do not overlap them.

Anna Valeria Borsari was born in Bazzano (Bo), at the end of August ’43. In 2006 she moved from Bologna to Milan. After a degree in Literature and Philosophy, she conducted research on the theme of identity and the relativity of our perceptions. Lecturer in Romance Philology at the University of Bologna from 1971 to 1995, she created photographic works, performances and videos, in a path that led her, in the late seventies, towards a process of “dematerialization” of the work, and also to create site-specific works that would be reabsorbed, erased from the very places for which they were conceived. Always involved in social issues, in 1997 he founded the association “Percorso vita”, for which she worked for about ten years in support of the psychically suffering, also promoting numerous cultural initiatives. She has organized conferences and written several essays, including Musei del vento, in: A. V. Borsari, F. Farinelli, E. Fiorani, R. Milani, G. B. Vai, Naturale e/o artifatto, ed. Mimesis / Filosofie, 2015. Atti del convegno; e Anna Battistini è su Facebook, Postmediabooks, Milano, Milan, 2019.
